－ Lead the preparation and submission of financial plans, forecasts, and performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to global headquarters － Analyze budget variances, cost structures, and operational metrics to deliver actionable insights for leadership decision－making － Support operational strategy development by providing financial expertise and participating in target－setting and efficiency improvement projects － Manage all local statutory financial requirements, including tax filings and compliance with corporate governance standards － Oversee and guide a finance team supporting two manufacturing sites, ensuring high standards in financial reporting and operational support － Partner with regional finance leadership to communicate performance drivers and deliver gap analyses － Contribute to the rollout and enhancement of financial systems and processes, including involvement in system implementations and module integration |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field－ Proven experience in financial management within a manufacturing or multinational environment － Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis － Experience managing a team and supporting multi－site operations － Familiarity with ERP systems and financial process improvement － Proficient in Japanese and English communication |
