We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Specialist/Manager to lead the commercialization of our innovative biomarker profiling technologies in Japan. This role will drive the adoption of our microRNA detection, NGS, and multi-omics solutions within BioPharma and academia by managing customer relationships and our distributor network. Your primary focus will be to provide expert technical sales support and achieve growth targets in this key market. Responsibilities: - Lead all sales opportunities for our life sciences portfolio, including miRNA detection, NGS, and multi-omics biomarker profiling. - Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers in BioPharma and Academia through expert technical consultations. - Develop and manage an effective distributor network to expand market penetration and drive sales growth. - Deliver high-level technical expertise through presentations, product demonstrations, and comprehensive customer support. - Manage sales operations, including contract negotiations and accurate forecasting, to meet annual targets. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 - Bachelor's degree in a scientific field and at least three years of experience in life sciences with expertise in NGS, molecular biology, and multi-omics.- Demonstrate proven success in a sales or technical support role targeting BioPharma or Academic customers. - Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills to translate customer needs into technical solutions and build strategic relationships. - Japanese fluency is required, and business-level English proficiency is highly preferred. - Must be willing and able to travel frequently within Japan and occasionally internationally. |
