Seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, launch, and lifecycle management for our clinical products in Japan. This role requires guiding cross－functional teams and using market analysis to develop a compelling product vision and drive commercial success. You will be responsible for the entire product journey, from strategic planning and forecasting to ensuring successful marketing and sales activities. Responsibilities: － Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap throughout its entire lifecycle, developing business cases to secure investments. － Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans with compelling messaging to ensure successful product launches. － Act as the market expert by analyzing product performance, competitors, and trends to inform strategy and deliver accurate forecasts. － Drive sales effectiveness and customer engagement by leading product training, events, and other key communication activities. － Collaborate closely with cross－functional teams like Sales, Medical, and Regulatory Affairs to achieve commercial goals. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 8＋ years of pharmaceutical or diagnostics product management experience with a proven record of multiple successful product launches, preferably in oncology.－ Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills to translate market data and research into effective commercial strategies. － Demonstrated success collaborating with and influencing diverse stakeholders across the organization without direct authority. － An adaptable self－starter who thrives in a fast－paced environment and is willing to travel up to 20％ domestically. － A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and a strong command of both verbal and written English are essential. |
