Take full ownership of the P＆L, balance sheet, and cash flow, while challenging assumptions to support profitable growth － Financial Planning ＆ Strategy – Lead financial operations for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reviews, and long－term planning － Decision Support through Analytics – Create and share financial reports that highlight key trends to guide decisions on growth, investment, sourcing, and cost－saving － Process Improvement ＆ Compliance – Review and improve finance and compliance processes in the region, identifying gaps and recommending solutions － Special Projects – Handle various ad－hoc projects as needed by management |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Language Skills: Native－level Japanese and advanced English are required－ Education: A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is essential; an MBA is a plus － Experience: 18–20 years of relevant experience in multinational companies, with growing responsibilities － Strong experience with B to B companies a plus, but not mandatory |
