Seeking an experienced, hands－on Electrical Engineering Lead for a ”playing manager” role. You will lead our electrical team, manage resources and risks, and drive the complete design, development, and evaluation lifecycle of electrical systems and PCBs for advanced analytical instruments, while also spearheading certification efforts and collaborating closely with internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities: － Lead and manage the electrical engineering team, ensuring on－time product completion through effective resource allocation, risk management, technical guidance, and schedule oversight. － Oversee the complete lifecycle of electrical system design for analytical instruments, from requirements definition and basic design through comprehensive review and evaluation. － Actively design, develop, and evaluate critical Printed Circuit Boards （PCBs） and other electrical components for our instruments. － Coordinate and negotiate with internal cross－functional teams （Mechanical, Software） and external vendors to achieve project goals. － Spearhead all efforts related to electrical certification standards, such as EMC and product safety, including requirements clarification, system improvements, and thorough evaluation. － Conduct meticulous reviews of the overall system and apparatus, ensuring full compliance with standards and optimal performance. － Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise within electrical systems. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Demonstrated experience in electronic circuit design, manufacturing, and embedded systems development.－ Proven system－level （instrument/apparatus－level） design experience with a track record of designing and delivering complete end－products （e.g., measurement devices, commercial power－supplied equipment）. － Experience with product mass production processes, coupled with strong practical knowledge of product safety （e.g., IEC 61010） and EMC certifications. － Japanese language proficiency is required. － Business conversational English proficiency or higher is necessary. 【歓迎（WANT）】 － A relevant degree （e.g., Electrical Engineering） combined with experience in high－speed digital signal processing and the development of medical or precision research instruments （such as flow cytometers） is highly preferred.－ Proven leadership in agile or startup environments, the ability to quickly master complex analytical instrument systems, and a history of delivering impactful results in new roles or industries are highly valued. － Business－level English for global interactions, outstanding communication and active listening skills with diverse groups, a proactive commitment to continuous learning, and strong alignment with our company's mission and values are important. |
