This role is focused on building awareness and trust for the firm and the emerging eVTOL （electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft） industry. You will lead efforts to coordinate internal communications, shape the company’s messaging, and manage outreach to external stakeholders such as government agencies, business partners, industry associations, shareholders, and media. Rather than focusing solely on media relations, this position emphasizes upstream information strategy and cross－functional stakeholder engagement. － Formulate strategic communication policies and provide regular updates to senior management － Consolidate internal information and develop compelling storytelling aligned with business strategy － Manage public affairs, including negotiations and coordination with government bodies and industry associations － Build and maintain relationships with current and potential business partners and shareholders － Deliver accurate and strategic communications to external stakeholders, including the media, to build trust and credibility － Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments, and provide internal reports and action proposals － Prepare presentation materials for external speaking engagements, exhibitions, and conferences － Lead risk and crisis communication efforts, including early issue detection and response planning |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Experience in public affairs or policy advocacy with government agencies or industry groups－ Background in corporate PR, IR, or external relations, particularly in B2B settings 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Experience managing external collaborations in a startup or new business environment－ Understanding of or collaboration experience with engineering teams and basic knowledge of technology － Interest in or literacy around eVTOL or the aerospace industry － Experience reporting or presenting to executives or investors |
