📱 Mobile Engineer （iOS） Location: Tokyo （Hybrid Work） Employment Type: Full－time Employee 💼 Responsibilities Lead development and maintenance of iOS applications Architect clean, scalable codebases and refactor legacy systems Strategize and execute migration to Flutter Collaborate with cross－functional teams to build new features Monitor app performance and manage App Store releases Stay up to date with platform trends （Apple/Google） Drive team improvement through leadership and mentoring ✅ Required Skills ＆ Experience 5＋ years of experience in iOS development Proven experience in leading development teams Strong understanding of iOS architecture and design patterns Ability to collaborate across departments （PdMs, designers, backend engineers） Ability to stay current with mobile platform updates and ensure app stability 🌟 Preferred Skills ＆ Experience Flutter development experience （especially hybrid/native migration） Experience with SwiftUI or declarative UI frameworks Familiarity with Figma or similar UI design tools Experience with high－traffic iOS apps Passion for developer advocacy （e.g., blogging, conference speaking） Experience with robust testing practices （unit, integration, E2E） 🧠 Tech Stack Languages: Swift, Objective－C, Dart Frameworks: UIKit, StoreKit, RxSwift, Riverpod, frozen Architecture ＆ Tools: OpenAPI, AddToApp （Flutter）, OpenAPI Generator 🌍 Language Requirements English: Business－level （TOEIC 700＋ or equivalent） Japanese: Not required, but motivation to learn is welcomed Note: Internal communication is primarily in English, while product and business－side collaboration involves Japanese. |
