＊ Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision making across the function. ＊ Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and provide recommendations for enhancing profitability. ＊ Manage the budgeting and forecasting process to deliver reasonable financial forecasts and conduct valid simulations to support decision making. ＊ Deliver monthly report for executives with financial results and analysis, capex status and budget control. ＊ Collaborate with HQ FIN/ACCT team in Taiwan and Japan to support business and strategic initiatives. |
