Job Description
Role Overview
As a candidate for the head of our cross-border e-commerce division, your long-term goal will be to achieve a 20% revenue share from international business. Given that our overseas operations are in the early stages, we seek a proactive business development leader who can actively engage in hands-on work while exploring effective strategies.​
Upon joining, you will start at a managerial level within the department, with the potential to be promoted to department head based on performance.

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead Operations and Growth of Cross-Border E-Commerce Business Targeting Western Markets
Oversee and improve existing operations for Western or Southeast Asian markets.​
Develop and negotiate partnerships through corporate sales efforts.​
Execute digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including company-owned e-commerce sites, marketplace platforms, and social media.​
Enhance user experience (UX) on both company-owned and marketplace e-commerce platforms.​
Build necessary organizational structures in collaboration with executives and HR.​
Formulate and manage business plans and monitor progress.​
Target Projects:

'omakase' – A company-owned e-commerce store promoting Japanese craftsmanship and traditional crafts internationally.​
'Shibuya Stationery Store' – A company-owned e-commerce store showcasing Japanese stationery culture.​
Support for cross-border sales of Made in Japan products, including metalware from Tsubame-Sanjo and apparel utilizing traditional sewing techniques.​
Future new projects (e.g., expansion into the Chinese market).​
Develop New International Business Ventures
Collaborate with our marketing subsidiary, Tsuzucle, to explore overseas sales support initiatives.​
Plan and develop new company-owned businesses.​
Engage in inorganic business development, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A).​
Build and nurture organizational structures to support these initiatives (recruitment and training).
Team Structure:
・Managerial Level: 2 members (Executive Officer and this position).​
・Team Members: 6 members, including specialists in Shopify operations, marketplace e-commerce operations, corporate sales, creative design (2 members), and supply chain management (1 member).​
Additionally, collaboration with other departments, subsidiaries, and external contractors is essential to drive business forward.

■給与
固定残業制(45時間分/月)。45時間を超える残業については残業代を支給
昇給・賞与制度:昇給:年二回改定する場合がある
賞与:上位20%の個人業績評価だった場合、月例給1か月~6か月分の支給。その他、全社業績賞与の可能性。
ストックオプション:年2回支給する場合がある

Team management skills that balance achieving business goals with team development.
Experiences: (At least one of the following is required; multiple experiences are a plus)
Experience as a business manager in the retail or e-commerce industry.​
Experience in marketing planning and operations for overseas markets.​
Experience in business planning or management at a strategy/management consulting firm.
