Drive commercial excellence initiatives and operational efficiency projects to enhance customer experience and support commercial growth in Japan. Provide data－driven insights, analysis, and execution support to optimize business productivity. Collaborate with Japan, APAC, and global teams to ensure alignment and best practices. Responsibilities: － Partner with commercial teams for territory and segmentation planning. － Maintain accurate data in BI and CRM systems, providing training and SOPs. － Deliver insightful performance analysis and reporting （monthly, ad－hoc, KPI tracking）. － Foster strong global and local relationships to represent Japanese customer and associate needs. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.－ 3＋ years in commercial/sales excellence （SFE, analytics, planning, distributor management）. － Proficiency with CRM （SFDC preferred） and BI tools （Qlik preferred）. － Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. － Excellent Japanese and English communication skills. 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Experience in life sciences, medical devices, or biopharmaceuticals.－ Experience in sales territory design and customer targeting. |
