As a member of the Customer Training Team, the Manager, Customer Training will lead and support training center operations in direct markets and develop training program strategies. This role will also focus on developing the customer training team in the region, optimizing the utilization of training centers, and supporting innovative technical and surgeon－led training programs. Essential Job Duties: － Lead and develop the customer training team, ensuring sustained performance and competency in relevant technologies and training techniques. － Collaborate cross－functionally with sales, marketing, and external stakeholders to align training support with business needs and develop effective educational strategies. － Optimize the utilization of training centers by leveraging technology, analyzing data, and implementing enhancements to maximize training and educational platforms. － Manage training center operations and deliver quarterly business reviews while establishing new training centers as needed. － Support the development and execution of training programs for various medical professionals, including fellows, residents, and hospital staff, at training centers, hospitals, or external labs. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 8＋ years of professional experience, including 4＋ years in training or professional education, is required.－ Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical/medical degree is the minimum educational requirement. － Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, along with strong interpersonal skills for effective customer collaboration, is essential. － Demonstrated experience in building, managing, and mentoring high－performing teams and successfully managing training projects with measurable outcomes is necessary. － Excellent communication skills in English and the local language, combined with a knowledge of medical and surgical environments, are vital, and travel is required. |
