Reporting to the Regional Customer Training Manager, the Professional Education Manager collaborates cross－functionally with sales, marketing, and engineering to deliver high－impact training for surgeons across various surgical specialties. This role is crucial in the continuous improvement and development of customer training programs. Essential Job Duties: － Lead the development of surgeon－led training programs for surgeons and staff within assigned clinical verticals. － Identify and onboard high－volume users and opinion leaders as Teacher KOLs, providing feedback on delivery, presentation, and lab execution. － Collaborate with commercial teams to develop strategies and drive adoption within assigned verticals, and ensure effective utilization of courses to support training and sales strategies. － Utilize data to forecast course mixes and create/revise course agendas, obtaining necessary regulatory approvals. － Conduct technology training programs for surgical teams, residents, and fellows at designated and remote training centers. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 6＋ years of professional experience is required, with 3＋ years specifically in training or professional education.－ Bachelor's degree is mandatory, ideally in a field such as Clinical or Health Sciences, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or Education. － Demonstrated problem－solving abilities and strong organizational skills are essential for independent work. － Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, are necessary. － The role necessitates the ability to travel up to 50％ of the time. |
