We are seeking a highly skilled and trusted Senior FP&A Manager. This role will report directly to the Finance Director in Japan and will involve close collaboration with key APAC stakeholders, the Japan Country Manager, and Brand Heads in Japan, in addition to other essential members of the local Finance team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to the financial planning and analysis function within a dynamic, fast-growing global company. - Oversee the preparation and analysis of weekly and monthly sales tracking reports, delivering comprehensive insights to stakeholders in a timely and actionable manner. - Own the preparation of monthly variance reports, comparing actuals against forecast, budget, and prior-year figures. - Lead the quarterly forecasting process and manage the annual budgeting cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Evaluate performance relative to forecast, proactively identifying potential risks and opportunities to optimize business performance. - Lead the multi-year business planning process in collaboration with the Strategy Team, driving performance and monitoring financial outcomes in alignment with strategic initiatives. - Partner with the Accounting Team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of the monthly period-end close, taking ownership of the monthly management P&L with a focus on quality, deadlines, and necessary analysis. - Ensure the provision of insightful and high-quality reports to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and supporting business growth. - Collaborate closely with the Brand Team and Finance Business Partners to report on monthly marketing expenses, ensuring alignment with financial objectives. - Partner with the HR team to manage personnel costs, providing detailed cost analysis to ensure effective cost control. - Work with the Supply Chain Management （SCM） team to analyze logistics costs, ensuring thorough cost analysis and robust cost control measures. - Lead ad-hoc financial analyses and develop financial models to provide actionable recommendations and robust business cases. - Cultivate effective relationships with the local Brand Team and cross-functional partners to ensure support is both efficient and timely, contributing to overall business success. - Enhance team performance by providing leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance environment. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - 15+ years’ experience in Finance, including 5+ years in a similar position【必須言語レベル】 - Japanese: Fluent - Fluency in Business English: Proficient in business English, enabling effective communication with international teams and clients. 【歓迎（WANT）】 - Working experience with SAP EPP system （preferable）- Interest in outdoor or sports （preferable） 【求める人物像】 - Adaptability and Agility: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing business environment, effectively adjusting to new challenges and demands. - Financial Acumen: Experienced in forecasting, financial analysis, and budgeting, with a strong understanding of financial trends and business performance. - Self-Management and Initiative: Highly flexible and self-driven, taking responsibility for tasks and working efficiently in hands-on, goal-oriented settings. - Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator, able to express ideas clearly and collaborate across teams; well-organized and meets deadlines even under pressure. - Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled in analyzing complex issues and finding effective solutions through critical thinking. - Entrepreneurial Mindset: Takes a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving initiatives that contribute to business growth. - Continuous Improvement Focus: Always looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency for better results. - Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving measurable results and holding oneself accountable for performance goals. |
