仕事内容	Invoice Generation and Monitoring ・Generate and send invoices to customers based on contracts, orders, or agreements. ・Monitor the status of open invoices and ensure they are paid on time. ・Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing. Payment Application and Processing ・Record payments received from customers accurately in the accounting system. ・Apply payments to customer accounts, ensuring correct allocation to invoices. ・Monitor payment terms and follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely collections. Collections and Dispute Resolution ・Proactively manage collections of outstanding accounts, contacting customers as needed to ensure timely payment. ・Resolve any billing issues or disputes that may arise with customers in a professional and timely manner. ・Work closely with the sales, customer service, and finance teams to address any discrepancies or concerns raised by customers. Account Reconciliation ・Reconcile accounts receivable balances on a regular basis, ensuring that any discrepancies are promptly identified and resolved. ・Review and monitor customer accounts to identify any overdue balances, initiating collection efforts as necessary. Reporting and Analysis ・Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging, collections, and cash receipts. ・Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends or areas of concern and work with management to address them. ・Provide financial reports to management to assist with cash flow forecasting and financial planning. Credit Management ・Assist with assessing customer creditworthiness, working with the finance team to establish appropriate credit limits. ・Monitor customer credit lines and make recommendations for adjustments as needed. Month-End and Year-End Close ・Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring that all accounts receivable transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. ・Provide necessary documentation and reports for financial audits. Compliance and Internal Controls ・Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulatory requirements in all AR processes. ・Help maintain internal controls for the accounts receivable process to ensure accuracy and prevent errors or fraud. Cross-Functional Collaboration ・Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Customer Service, and Finance, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on AR matters. ・Provide support and guidance to other teams on AR-related inquiries.
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】・Fluent in Japanese and English ・3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar role ・Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel ・Solid understanding of accounting principles and AR processes ・Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting ・Excellent communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with customers and internal teams 【歓迎（WANT）】・Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred ・Strong organizational and time-management skills ・Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
