Managing the overall construction and project delivery of new data center facilities and major renovation/expansion projects in Japan. During site acquisition, assess whether land is suitable for data center development based on: ・Technical feasibility from architectural, mechanical, and electrical perspectives. ・Availability and capacity of supporting infrastructure (power, telecom, water supply, sewage, etc.) ・Conduct full-scope technical due diligence Support tenant onboarding by evaluating technical feasibility of cooling systems, power demands, and integration of mechanical/electrical requirements. Respond to growing technical needs related to advanced cooling (liquid cooling, temperature control, etc.), especially as the data center industry shifts toward high-density environments. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal experts from electrical design and construction management to deliver best-in-class outcomes as a unified team. Serve as the primary point of contact and client representative, interfacing with internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, and vendors. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Proven experience in site due diligence, design development, and technical stakeholder management.・A deep understanding of cooling technologies, HVAC systems, or mechanical design best practices for high-availability environments. ・Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service—toward both colleagues and clients—and can work autonomously with minimal supervision. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Experience in design and supervision for data center construction or similar mission-critical facility projects, along with management experience of contractors.・The ideal candidate is bilingual in Japanese and English and can serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. ・Strong technical project management skills with 5+ years of experience are preferred. |
