【MISSION OF THE JOB】 Supervision of the implementation of projects (opening of new directly operated stores, shop in shop, corners, and refurbishment of existing ones), offices, special projects, ensuring work execution within the scheduled timeframe and respecting set budgets, also overseeing their maintenance in accordance with the company’s quality standards. At GIORGIO ARMANI Japan Store Design & Facility services, we are building a team that is instrumental to accelerate our network transformation. We are seeking a highly collaborative and experienced Head who has a strong leadership and shares an interest in design, construction, and innovation. 【KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】 Scope： • Japan Region • Retail and Wholesale projects management (new openings & renovation), BOH and maintenance Current Roles & Responsibilities： • Manages a team of project managers (2 for GA/ EA/ AX projects and 1 for Outlet, temporally store and maintenance) • Supervises the project managers whose scope is to deliver Point of Sales with flawless quality, in budget and in time (design development, tender and construction phases) • Ensure a perfect maintenance of the network and optimize costs’ implications • Establish short and long term strategies, develop processes (budget, procurement, planning…), strive for constant quality improvement • Nurture vendors’ network and ensure full compliance |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Experienced in luxury store design & planning• Technical background in construction & maintenance’s field required • People management experience is required • Fluency in English and Japanese • Strong experience in project management (quality, budget & planning) • Experiences in communicating and negotiating with HQ • Leadership, proactivity, communicative, multicultural, strategize deliver, exemplarity, thoroughness • Architecture or engineering educational background • Experience at least 15 years |
