POSITION SUMMARY This position offers you the opportunity to expand your skills and experience in MC Digital Realty facility property management with a large wholesale data center provider in Japan. As Real Estate Manager, you will make an impact on virtually all aspects of the management of the assigned portfolio. You will leverage your in-depth experience to drive a variety of financial and operational responsibilities including financial reporting, budgeting, accruals, property inspections and certifications, insurance requirements, site physical security and onsite customer requests. We are proactive about helping our people grow and develop, and as MC Digital Realty continues to grow, we'll be looking for proven players to move up. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ・Oversee and be responsible for the planning, budgeting, forecast and control of operating and capital expenditures for DC facility operations. ・Translate the company's strategic objectives into actionable operational plans detailing clear implementation roadmaps and milestones for cost optimization. ・Support Purchase Order and Invoice Register process including accruals and payment of expenses. ・Oversee the compliance of all customer lease agreements to ensure all obligations of the Landlord and Customer are being met. ・Supervise and approve the administration of the facility liability insurances. ・Supervise the selection and performance of vendor services, including preparation of request for proposals and service agreements. ・Supervise the onsite physical security and ensures 100% compliance with MC Digital Realty’s security policies and procedures, and Customer SLA lease requirements. ・Support customer audit, internal industry annual compliance and certification requirements (ISO, SOC/PCI, etc.) ・Maintain a strong relationship with the Asset/Property Manager and Accounting Manager to ensure that all corporate objectives are being met. ・Support of MC Digital Realty centralized processes including AR, AP, and others as required. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Technical college, or professional school graduate or higher (university graduate is preferable)・5+ years of experience in facility management, commercial real estate management and related financial (budget/expenditure) reporting ・Strong verbal and written communication and expression skills（Japanese and English） ・Solid understanding of financial terms and principles and the ability to analyze financial statements, including experience with financial reporting, accruals and budgeting ・Experience working in a fast paced, high volume workplace and the ability to remain calm under high pressure. ・Familiarity and experience with a property and accounting management software (OBIC, Rakuraku Hanbai, etc.). ・Strong organizational skills and detail orientation. ・Self-starter mentality and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A good team player. ・Able to make effective presentations and respond to questions from groups of clients, customers and the general public 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・His / Her major should have studied business, real estate, finance, engineering or computing.・Experience in data center or other mission critical property is preferred. ・A strong property / construction / facility operations accounting background is preferred. |
