| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Experience: 7＋ years as an HR professional, including 5＋ years in recruitment （preferred in multinational FMCG, beverage/food, and distribution industries）－ Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, and industry networks for candidate sourcing. － Language Skills: Native－level Japanese and business－level English （both written and spoken）. － Relationship Management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and prioritize tasks effectively. |
