私たちキャップジェミニは、経験豊富で高度なスキルを持つビジネスアナリストを募集しています。ServiceNowシステム、技術に関する深い理解と、強力な問題解決能力および批判的思考能力を持つ方を探しています。本ポジションの主な業務は以下の通りです。 • ビジネスプロセスを分析し理解すること • 要件を収集し、運用効率を向上させ、ビジネスの成功を促進するソリューションを設計すること • さまざまなステークホルダーと密接に連携し、彼らのニーズを理解し、機能要件を文書化し、システムおよびプロセスの改善に関する提案を提供すること We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled business analyst to join our dynamic insurance team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow systems, techniques, and strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Key responsibilities and duties that the successful candidate will take on are as follows: • Analyzing and understanding the business processes • Gathering requirements, and designing solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive business success • Work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, document functional requirements, and provide recommendations for system and process improvements |

【必須（MUST）】 • ServiceNowシステムに精通していること• 日英バイリンガルであること：ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語 • 強力な問題解決能力と批判的思考能力 • ビジネスアナリストまたは類似の役割での経験（3年以上） • 複数の部門や役職から成る混成チームでの作業経験（3年以上） • ビジネスプロセスの強い理解と、ビジネスニーズを技術的なソリューションに変換する能力 • Proficient in ServiceNow systems • Bilingual (JP/EN): Native level Japanese and Business level English • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions 【歓迎（WANT）】 • ビジネスアナリストまたは類似の役割での経験（5年以上）• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role 【求める人物像】 • 日本語と英語の両方での優れたコミュニケーション能力と、ステークホルダーと円滑な関係を構築可能な対人スキル • 細かい作業が苦ではなく、集中力があり、プレッシャーの中で期限を守る能力 • 強力な組織力と時間管理能力 Soft skill: • Excellent communication in both Japanese and English and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Strong organizational and time management skills |
