Talent Management: － Assist in career development, promotions, and job rotations. － Develop and execute succession programs and build talent pools. － Promote diversity and inclusion. Performance Management: － Improve performance management processes. － Set evaluation criteria and feedback processes with executives. Organizational Development: － Lead projects on organizational design, culture change, and labor management. － Enhance employee engagement. － Labor Management and Compliance: － Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. － Resolve labor issues, support disciplinary processes, and update employment regulations. HR Data and Analytics: － Analyze talent data to provide business insights. － Create KPI－based reports for decision－making. － Employee Training and Development: － Plan and manage training programs for skill development. － Implement hierarchical training programs. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Bachelor's degree or higher－ Business level English － 5＋ years relevant HR experience, including experience as an HR BP preferred － Strong communication skills － Good PC skills － Strong labor law knowledge 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Experience in manufacturing / automotive related industries a plus！－ Experience in multinational companies preferred！ － Good data analytical skills a plus！ |
