Responsibilities Strategic Leadership and Strong Execution • Lead local marketing strategy and execution, ensuring seamless alignment with regional goals and KPIs. • Act as the primary point of contact for local marketing performance and strategic inquiries, collaborating closely with regional and global teams. • Identify growth opportunities and implement key initiatives that deliver measurable results in the Japanese market. Performance Marketing and PPC • Develop and manage PPC campaigns, ensuring strong performance across local and global ad platforms (Google Ads / SA360, Facebook, Yahoo). • Analyze data to identify top-performing campaigns, optimize budgets, and maximize ROI. • Act as the connector between global PPC strategies and local execution, adapting approaches to fit market needs. Customer Journey and Engagement • Design audience segmentations based on customer journey analysis, tailoring campaigns to reduce drop-offs and improve conversions, through ad messaging and landing page optimization. • Develop localized content and campaign calendars, with a strong focus on digital channels and seasonal trends. • Build digital campaigns to create qualified marketing leads while balancing brand and performance goals. Team Leadership and Collaboration • Oversee the performance of the local marketing team, providing mentorship and support to drive success. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and sales teams, to deliver integrated marketing efforts. • Prepare briefs and collaborate with global marketing teams to create impactful content for Japan-specific campaigns. Data and Insights • Continuously analyze market trends and user insights, reporting findings back to regional teams to inform future strategies. • Use data-driven approaches to optimize campaigns, segment audiences, and enhance user engagement strategies. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 Background and Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 7 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing and PPC. • Proven track record in an international organization, with exposure to global and local marketing collaboration, and track record in driving growth in lead generation business. • Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret ambiguous data and translate it into actionable strategies. • Deep knowledge of Japan’s digital marketing landscape, including local ad platforms and consumer behavior. • Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Ads). 在宅、フレックス制度はありませんが、素晴らしいオフィスで働く環境は自由度、風通しがとても良いです。 *************************************************** Are you passionate about leading transformative marketing strategies and creating impactful growth in Japan?
