AWSインフラストラクチャ容量提供チームは、データセンターインフラストラクチャの拡大プロジェクトをサポートする、情熱的で才能ある技術インフラストラクチャプログラムマネージャー（TIPM）を求めています。TIPMは、エンドツーエンドのプロジェクト管理を通じてデータセンター容量を提供するため、部門横断的および技術チームをリードする重要な役割を果たします。 The AWS Infrastructure Capacity Delivery team is seeking a passionate and talented Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to support projects growing our Data Center infrastructure. The TIPM will play a critical role in leading cross-functional and technical teams to deliver Data Center capacity through end-to-end project management. Key job responsibilities * The TIPM will lead cross-functional and technical teams to deliver Data Center capacity and deliver projects from strategy, conceptual design feasibility, requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment. * Interact with customers, partners and suppliers to understand our business goals and priorities, and to execute rapidly, delivering high-quality results. * Build cross-functional matrix-based teams, establish trust with a variety of stakeholders across multiple time zones, * Manage capital budgets, eliminate unnecessary activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery. * You will oversee multiple programs that support growth initiatives and deliver independently, seeking direction occasionally * You will be a strong communicator (both written and verbal), and possess experience in project management of technical initiatives, as well as strategic program management |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software) - Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds - Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English language 【歓迎（WANT）】 - Understanding of cloud computing and data center market and service providers |
