Akila is looking for A Jr. Bilingual Project Manager, both PM & pre-sales, reporting to the Head of Japan GTM and to work with ambition, creativity, and a passion for expanding Akila Platform Services to our customers and partners. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where speed, hard work, team work and fresh thinking are critical to success. Position Overview: We are seeking a Jr. bilingual project manager with experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) or EMS (Energy Management Systems), or BMS (Building Management Systems) or IoT to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who is passionate about pre-sales and project management and possesses strong technical knowledge in HVAC or EMS or BMS systems or IoT that enables him/her to also end or se part of the technical sales process. Key duties and responsibilities: ・Conduct pre-sales technical assessments of clients HVAC, EMS and BMS requirements ・Collaborate with Partners to develop and propose comprehensive solutions based on client needs ・Manage client relationships and guide them through the solution implementation process ・Identify and assess potential solution partners, evaluating their technical offerings, hardware, installations and software capabilities related to HVAC, BMS and EMS systems o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and clients to ensure project success. ・Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to effectively execute project deliverables. ・Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. ・Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed. ・Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and presentations. |

| 応募資格 |
Key Skills and Competencies: ・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or energy-related field. ・5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the HVAC, EMS, or BMS industry. ・Strong understanding of HVAC systems, energy management principles, and building automation technologies. ・Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. ・Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with stakeholders. ・Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. ・Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.). ・Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NEC) is a plus. ・PMP certification or willingness to pursue certification is desirable. ・Must show a strong leader, be passionate with a can-do attitude and self-motivated, driven and self-starter person ・Japanese native and English for business proficiency is a mandatory |
