品質管理・リスクマネジメントリーダー （ディレクター～パートナー） / Leader of quality risk management （Director – Partner）

＜担当業務＞ ディレクター・パートナー（品質管理・リスクマネジメント部門）は、プロフェッショナルとしてのスキルと経験を活かし、グローバルな監査サービスの品質を維持・向上させるための戦略・チーム作りをしていただきます。品質管理部門の主な業務は以下の通りです。 ▼リスクマネジメント ・独立性と倫理に関するルールの整備と運用 ・クライアント／エンゲージメントの受嘱と継続に関する適切なプロセス整備・運用 ▼品質管理（設計、レビュー、モニタリング） ・公認会計士監査・審査会及び公認会計士協会のルール順守対応 ・グローバルルールへの準拠対応 ▼テクニカルサポート ・会計基準-日本、米国会計基準および/またはIFRS ・プロフェッショナルスタンダード-JGAAS、ISA ＜Responsibility＞ Quality and risk management Director / Partner will build the strategy and lead the team of audit service to maintain and improve global quality of audit service utilizing their professional skills and experiences. The main responsibilities of the quality and risk management department are below. ▼Risk Management ・Independence and Ethics ・Client/Engagement Acceptance and Continuance ▼Quality Control (Design, Review, and Monitoring) ・Compliance with the rules of the CPA Auditing and Review Board and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants ・Compliance with global rules ▼Technical support ・Accounting standards – Japan, US GAAP and/or IFRS ・Professional standards－ JGAAS and ISA
