<会社概要> 2016年に設立された当社は、陸上、海上、航空用燃料製品および関連サービスのマーケティングと金融における世界的企業の子会社です。380億ドルを超える収益と、世界で4,500人を超える従業員を擁する親会社は、供給、品質管理、物流支援、価格リスク管理のための付加価値の高いアウトソーシングサービスを提供し、フォーチュン500にも選ばれています。 その中でも当社は、最高クラスのアドバイザリー、仲介、調達、代理店、供給＆取引、持続可能性＆環境、炭素コンプライアンスサービスを世界中の顧客に提供する、世界有数のエネルギー管理会社です。 <募集ポジション> シニアマネージャー(再生可能エネルギーソリューション)は、日本およびAPAC諸国におけるデベロッパーとの関係、市場、イノベーション開発を主導していただきます。 <業務内容> ・デベロッパーとの関係構築を主導、開発、管理する。（オンサイトおよびオフサイトのデベロッパー） ・既存のデベロッパーとの関係を管理し、発展させる。 ・潜在デベロッパーとの関係および将来的なパートナーシップの可能性を育成、開発、推進する。 ・デベロッパー/生産者/投資家の状況およびエコシステムをレビュー、追跡し、カタログ化する。 ・電力市場、PPAモデル、取引量、デベロッパーにフォーカスした活動、M&A、プロジェクト売買、および日本における株式/債券投資のダイナミクスに関する知見を提供する。 ・長期売電契約を通じた再生可能エネルギー源の調達プロジェクトを主導、管理する。 ・商業、技術、規制に関するエネルギー関連市場の動向をレビューし、リサーチのキュレートと管理を実施する。 ・ベース/インプット研究の提供を通じて、顧客マンデートの遂行をサポートする運用デリバリーチームをサポートする。 ・最適解の成功を導くために、機能横断的かつ地域横断的なチームと継続的に協働する。 Company Background: Formed in 2016, we are a part of a global leader in the downstream marketing and financing of land, marine and aviation fuel products and related services. Position: The Senior Manager, Renewable Energy Solutions will lead on Developer relations, and Markets, and Innovation development in Japan and other APAC countries. The role will provide comprehensive support in the operational delivery of customer mandates and services within the practice. The position is critical in building and delivering operational excellence via research and analytics of renewable energy markets, in furthering and developing relationships with 3rd Parties and in enabling innovation and early-stage operational activity. The candidate should have rounded experience and excellent quantitative, analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, develop and manage Developer Relations (Onsite and Offsite Developers) • Manage and grow existing Developer relationships • Foster, develop and drive new Developer relationships and potential future partnerships • Develop the review, tracking and cataloguing of Developer/Producer/Investor Landscape and ecosystem • Enable insight to power markets / PPA and offtake / Developer focus activity / M&A / project buy/sell and dynamics for equity/debt investment in Japan • Lead, manage projects to procure Renewable Energy Source via Long-Term Power Purchase Agreement • Curate and manage the review and research of relevant commercial, technical, regulatory energy market developments • Support the operational delivery team(s) supporting execution of Customer mandates through providing base / input research • Continually work with cross-functional and cross-geographic teams collaboratively for optimal success |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・工学、経済学、金融、サステナビリティの学士号または修士号、または同等の能力をお持ちの方。・7年以上のエネルギーまたは再生可能エネルギー業界(太陽光発電、陸上または洋上風力発電、その他の技術)での経験をお持ちの方。プロジェクト開発、プロジェクトファイナンス、企業向けPPAおよび企業向けエネルギー調達の知識、経験がある方尚可。 ・高度な日本語力とビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方。英語についてはビジネスレベル以下でも応募可。 ・国内外問わず、出張に対する意欲がある方。 • Bachelors or Master degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance or Sustainability or similar • At least 7+ years of energy or renewable energy experience [solar PV, onshore or offshore wind and other technologies]. Understanding project development experience, project finance, corporate PPA’s and/or Corporate Energy procurement for Japan market will be a huge plus. • Fluent in Japanese, business English is good to have but not a must • Ability and willingness to travel Japan domestically and at times overseas |
