【当社について】 私たちは、「人々の生活を劇的に変える」というビジョンを掲げ、サハラ以南のアフリカで6億人の小規模農家の所得向上を目指す技術系スタートアップ企業です。すでに便利な社会をさらに便利にするサービスではなく、文字通り世界を変え、インパクトと収益を最大化するビジネスにのみ、すべてのリソースを集中させ、2019年からは、アフリカで小規模農家向け融資事業を展開しています。当社の強みは、自社アプリや光学衛星を通じて農業投入資材、農地評価、営農指導、収穫などのデータを収集し、AIを活用して農家の信用スコアを策定し、高い回収率を実現するデータ主導型のオペレーションにあります。今日まで、私たちは70人以上のフルタイムのフィールド・エージェントを擁し、日本とガーナで140人以上の有能なチームを編成し、46,000の小規模農家に融資を提供し、2023年には30,000エーカーの散在農地を管理してきました。 再生農業はアフリカでも最大規模で実施されており、土壌の再生を促進し、二酸化炭素を隔離する能力で世界的に注目されています。小規模農家の所得を向上させることで、世界で最も環境に優しいアフリカから世界の脱炭素化に貢献します。 世界を変える準備はできていますか？もしそうなら、以下にお進みください。 【業務内容】 ・被覆作物、バイオ炭の散布、不耕起栽培など、アフリカにおける包括的な現場での再生農業新事業を主導する。現在、ガーナ北部の1,000エーカーの散在農地で小規模農家とともに実施中であるアフリカ最大規模の再生農業のプロジェクト計画、実施、管理を行う。再生農業の規模を拡大するための中長期的な経営計画の策定を、チームの編成も含めて主導する。 ・再生可能農業による高品質な炭素クレジットの創出に向け、グローバルな第三者認証や方法論に則ったプロジェクト計画（PDD）の作成、監査対応を担当する。 ・再生農業を実践・挑戦する組織（企業、大学、NPO、研究機関等）との連携・パートナーシップの構築を行う（既存パートナーを含む）。 ・営業チームと共に、再生農業に関する補助金獲得や業務提携（PoCへの参加・出資等）の支援を行う。 ・世界トップクラスのエンジニアチームと連携し、再生農業の転換を加速するための人工知能（AGI）を用いた大規模言語モデル（LLM）の開発をサポート（情報入力など）する。 【業務詳細】 ・アフリカ再生農業を実施する。 ・プロジェクトの計画、管理、モニタリング、実施のためのチーム編成を行う。 ・再生農業の資金援助を受けている小規模農家に対し、プロジェクトについての教育や指導を行う。 ・経営幹部と事業戦略を策定し、優先順位を設定する。 ・技術チームや他部署とのコミュニケーションを積極的に行う。 ・再生農業を通じた高品質の炭素クレジット生成のため、世界的な認証機関の定める手順に従ってプロジェクトを策定し、監査に対応する。 ・再生農業に関連する国際機関、研究機関、団体等との連絡、プロジェクトの企画、実施を行う。 ・日々プロジェクトに関して外部機関や企業への報告を行う。 ・関連する財団や政府からの助成金を得るための書類を作成する。 ・営業チームとともに、大規模な再生可能農業プロジェクトの実施に向けた事業提携（SPVの組成、PoCへの参加と資金提供など）を模索する。 【当社で働くことのメリット】 ・世界を変えるために重要な役割を果たすことができる。 ・世界を舞台に活躍する真のグローバル企業で働くことができる。 ・農家に対する金融事業だけでなく、脱炭素化や高品質の炭素クレジットなど、世界の気候変動問題の解決に貢献できる新興業界の最前線に立つことができる。 ・アフリカ最大規模の再生農業を推進している当社で、世界の脱炭素化に大きく貢献するチャンスがある。 ・世界最大の炭素隔離地となる可能性を秘めた大陸、世界の未開拓耕地の60％を占めるアフリカで、再生農業のベストプラクティス、技術を確立し、世界を変えることができる。 ・アフリカを筆頭に、日本、ロシア、フランス、フィリピン、オランダなど、多国籍・多文化なチーム環境で事業開発を経験することができる。 【Company overview】 We are a tech start-up that aims to improve the incomes of 600 million smallholder farmers in Sub-Saharan Africa with the vision of "Changing people's lives, dramatically". It focuses all its resources solely on businesses that literally change the world and maximize impact and revenue, rather than on services that make an already convenient society even more convenient. As a result, we have been running a smallholder farmer financing business in Africa since 2019. The startup's strength lies in its data-driven operations, which collect data on agricultural inputs, farmland valuation, farming guidance, harvests, etc. via in-house apps and optical satellites, and use AI to formulate smallholder credit scores and achieve high recovery (repayment) rates. Up until today, We has provided finance to 46,000 smallholder farmers and managed 30,000 acres of scattered farmland in 2023, with over 70 full-time field agents, with a talented team of over 140 people in Japan and Ghana. Regenerative agriculture is also being implemented on the largest scale in Africa, which is attracting global attention for its ability to promote soil regeneration and sequester carbon dioxide. By increasing smallholder farmers' incomes, we will contribute to global decarbonization from Africa, which is the world's least contributor to climate change. Are you ready to change the world? If so, please proceed to the following. 【What to do】 ・Leading our comprehensive on-the-ground regenerative agriculture initiatives in Africa, including cover crops, biochar application and no-till farming. Project planning, implementing and management of regenerative agriculture on the largest scale in Africa, currently being implemented with smallholders on 1,000 acres of scattered farmland in northern Ghana.
