【当社について】 「人々の生活を劇的に変える」をビジョンに、サブサハラアフリカ6億人の小規模農家の所得向上を目指すテックスタートアップです。 既に便利な社会をさらに便利にする事業ではなく、文字通り世界を変え、インパクトと収益を最大化する事業に取り組んでいます。 Androidアプリを使ったデータ収集やAIを駆使し、データドリブンなオペレーションを強みとした事業をアフリカ最大規模で推進しています。 【業務内容】 テックチームの主なミッションはアフリカの農家を管理、可視化し、サポートするオペレーションプラットフォームを作ることです。Androidエンジニアとして、PdM/バックエンドエンジニア/データサイエンティストや現地スタッフと密にコミュニケーションを取りながら、オペレーション向上のため、APIやAndroidアプリの設計から開発、運用・保守まで責任を持って推進いただきます。 【業務詳細】 ・Kotlinを用いAndroidアプリを開発する ・最新技術を駆使し、ソフトウェアの設計、テスト、デプロイ、メンテナンスを行う ・技術的観点から要件定義をサポートする ・ユーザーエクスペリエンス向上のため、チームメンバーと協働する ■技術スタックについて（一部） ・Web Frontend： HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Jest, Prisma, Firebase, Zod, Chakra UI, react-hook-form, storybook ・Android： Kotlin, Gradle Kotlin DSL, Jetpack Compose, Android Architecture Components, Hilt, Kotlin Coroutines, Firebase, JUnit ・Backend： TypeScript, Node.js, Express, TypeORM, Firebase ・Data Science： Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning, ONNX, AutoGluon, LangChain --- 【About us】 We are an IT startup dedicated to increase 600 million smallholder farmers’ income in Sub-Saharan Africa with data aggregation, AI credit scoring and smallholder farmer financing. The main mission of our technical team is to create an operational platform for managing, visualizing and supporting African farmers. 【About position】 As an Android engineer, you will primarily be responsible for designing and building out our in-house Android applications. You will work closely with our product manager, backend engineer, data scientist, and operators to develop an agent friendly Android app. 【Responsibility】 Developing Android applications in Kotlin Design, test, deploy and maintain software, using a modern tech stack Requirements definition support from a technical perspective Collaborate with team members to improve user experiences |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・3年以上のAndroidアプリ開発経験があり、ゼロからアプリの設計や技術選定、開発に携わった経験のある方・Android Architecture Components, Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Coroutinesを用いたAndroidアプリケーション開発の業務経験がある方 ・Google Play Storeもしくは類似のStoreへのAndroidアプリケーションのリリースおよび運用経験のある方 ・gitやCI、テスト自動化などの開発環境に対する知識を持ち、それらを構築、改善した経験のある方 【Basic Qualification】 ・3+ years of experience in Android engineering, including application architecture design, technology selection, and development from the ground up. ・Work experience in Android application development using Android Architecture Components, Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Coroutines. ・Experience releasing Android applications on Google Play Store or similar store and operating them. ・Knowledge of development environments such as git, CI, test automation, and experience in building and improving them 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・サービスリリース後のリファクタリング、パフォーマンスチューニングの経験がある方・マルチモジュールアプリケーションの開発経験がある方 ・オフラインファーストアプリの開発経験がある方 ・Firebaseなどの認証ツールに関する知識のある方 ・バックエンドシステムの開発経験がある方 【Preferred Qualification】 ・Experience in refactoring and performance improvement as operation after release ・Experience in developing multi-module applications ・Experience in developing offline first applications ・Knowledge of authentication tools such as Firebase Authentication ・Experience in back-end system development 【求める人物像】 ・アフリカでのビジネスに興味がある方 ・主体的に課題を見つけ、取り組んでいただける方 ・技術のことだけでなく、仕様検討から運用までプロダクト開発全体に対して積極的に関わっていただける方 ・事業の成長に対して意志を持っている方 ・自分とは異なる背景を持つ仲間やユーザーと関わることに対して抵抗がない方 【In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following competencies and skill sets】 ・Interests in business in Africa ・Ability to find issues and apply innovative solutions to make organizational improvements while encouraging creative thinking and innovation ・Enthusiasm to involve all process from specification to operation in addition to technical side ・Passion for business growing ・Ability to work well with colleagues who have different background and culture |
