【会社概要】 ・当社は、「人々の生活を劇的に変える」をビジョンに、サブサハラアフリカ6億人の小規模農家の所得向上を目指すテックスタートアップです。既に便利な社会をさらに便利にするサービスではなく、文字通り世界を変え、インパクトと収益を最大化する事業のみに全リソースを集中しています。 ・その結果、2019年より、データ収集やAIを駆使した与信判断と、データドリブンなオペレーションをもとに行うアフリカ小規模農家ファイナンス事業を展開しています。農業資材や農地評価、営農指導、収穫物等のデータを自社アプリおよび光学衛星で収集、AIを活用した小規模農家の与信スコアの形成と、高い回収率を実現するデータドリブンなオペレーションに強みを持ちます。累計46,000軒の小規模農家にファイナンスを提供し、2023年は30,000エーカーの散在した農地を、70人超のフィールドエージェントを起点に、日本とガーナ合わせて140人ほどでマネージメントしています。2020年、ガーナ大統領から感謝状を受領。 ・また、土壌再生を促進し二酸化炭素を隔離させ、世界的な注目を集めているリジェネラティブ農業をアフリカ最大規模で実施中。農家の所得を向上させ、世界で最も気候変動に寄与していないアフリカから、逆に世界の脱炭素化に貢献してまいります。 ・2023年7月、この機運を日本でも高めるため、アライアンスを発足し、日本を代表する企業の皆さまと質の高いカーボンクレジットの創出と流通を通じた気候変動と社会課題の解決を目指しております。 ・Are you ready to change the world? →下記へお進みください 【事業と職務概要】 ・当社のコアである農家ファイナンス事業は、農業資材（種子や肥料）を小規模農家へファイナンスし、収穫物で返済してもらうモデルです。テクノロジーを駆使したオペレーショナルエクセレンスを最大限駆使し、2023年現在アフリカ最大規模で、西アフリカ・ガーナ25,000軒超の小規模農家と取引を実現しています。また、その過程で自社開発したネイティブアプリや衛星データで農家・農地・農業のデータを収集。独自の機械学習アルゴリズムに則り与信判断を行い、農業の最適化を行っているのも特徴です。返済された農作物（主にトウモロコシ）は、当社独自のトレーサビリティシステムを介し、品質を担保した状態でグローバルフードカンパニーへ販売しています。加えて、投下肥料量の削減と、質の高いカーボンクレジットの創出を目指すため、アフリカ最大規模1,000エーカーの点在した農地で小規模農家とともにリジェネラティブ農業も実行しています。 ・今後は、農家ファイナンス事業に留まらず、リジェネラティブ農業による肥料量の削減を通じた農家ファイナンス事業の利益率向上（投下肥料量の削減=生産コスト削減）や、土壌経由での二酸化炭素の貯蓄を通じた質の高いカーボンクレジットの創出などいった横展開を加速させます。 ・また、サプライチェーンに農家を抱える大手企業とともに、当社が保有するトレーサビリティを実現し、小規模農家のマネージメントを行うオペレーションとシステムを展開。直近では、不二製油グループさんと、ガーナでのシアナッツの調達を当社で担うための業務提携を発表いたしました。 ・さらに、独自小規模農家データを駆使し、財団の支援を受け開発中のAGI（汎用人工知能）を駆使し、リジェネラティブ農業の普及を促進させる大規模言語モデル（LLM）ベースのシステムの拡大などを通じた売上の多角化を図ってまいります。 ・既存の当社事業に付随している、小規模農家のプロフィールや農地・農業の可視化システム、および農作物のトレーサビリティシステムなどを絡めたサービス（以下、当社SaaSプロダクト）の、大企業＠日本への外販を進める上でのサービス設計、プロダクト仕様作成、開発進捗管理、および現地でのインプレメント ・当社が西アフリカ・ガーナにて推進している農家ファイナンス事業や、リジェネラティブ農業の日本サイドでのパートナー企業・団体・研究機関の模索と事業開発。 【業務内容】 ・SaaS事業の立ち上げ ・クライアント折衝 ・プロダクトの説明や質問などのやりとり ・クライアント要望に沿った要件定義 ・仕様書のすり合わせ ・リジェネラティブ農業に関するスマートフォンアプリのプロダクトマネジメント ・継続利用可能なSaaSプロダクト立案 ・開発案件の優先順位付け ・開発プロジェクトの進捗管理 ・関係部門とのコミュニケーション ・QA/テスト ・現地（新興・途上国想定）での立ち上げと現場でのプロダクトインプレメント ・デザイナー、エンジニアのみならず、クライアント様やガーナのオペレーションチームなど 複数の関係者と協業しながらプロダクト開発を推進する役割です。 【ポジションの魅力】 ・世界を変える一翼を担えます ・真のGlobal Companyで世界を舞台にご活躍いただけます。テックチームは米企業や国内大手でシニア・リードポジションを担ってきたメンバーもおります。 ・農家ファイナンスだけではなく、脱炭素、および高品質なカーボンクレジットという今、まさにルールメイキングが行われている業界の最前線に立ち、世界の気候変動問題の解決に寄与できます。 ・アフリカを筆頭に、日本、ロシア、フランス、フィリピン、オランダ等多国籍マルチカルチャーのチーム環境での事業推進を経験できます。 Let's change the world, together. 【Company overview】 We are a tech start-up that aims to improve the incomes of 600 million smallholder farmers in Sub-Saharan Africa with the vision of "Changing people's lives, dramatically". It focuses all its resources solely on businesses that literally change the world and maximize impact and revenue, rather than on services that make an already convenient society even more convenient. As a result, we have been running a smallholder farmer financing business in Africa since 2019. The startup's strength lies in its data-driven operations, which collect data on agricultural inputs, farmland valuation, farming guidance, harvests, etc. via in-house apps and optical satellites, and use AI to formulate smallholder credit scores and achieve high recovery (repayment) rates. Up until today, We has provided finance to 46,000 smallholder farmers and managed 30,000 acres of scattered farmland in 2023, with over 70 full-time field agents, with a talented team of over 140 people in Japan and Ghana. In 2020, we received a letter of appreciation from the president of Ghana. Regenerative agriculture is also being implemented on the largest scale in Africa, which is attracting global attention for its ability to promote soil regeneration and sequester carbon dioxide. By increasing smallholder farmers' incomes, we will contribute to global decarbonization from Africa, which is the world's least contributor to climate change. In July 2023, we launched an alliance to build on this momentum in Japan, aiming to solve climate change and social issues through the creation and distribution of high-quality carbon credits with leading Japanese companies. If so, please proceed to the following. 【What to do】 ・Our main business, farmer finance, is a model in which we provide agricultural materials (seeds and fertilizers) to small farmers, who repay us with their harvest. Through maximum use of technology-driven operational excellence, we are the largest in Africa as of 2023, and have achieved business with more than 25,000 small farmers in West Africa and Ghana. In the process, we also collect data on farmers, farmland, and agriculture through native apps developed in-house and satellite data. We also make credit decisions in accordance with our own machine learning algorithms to optimize agriculture. The repaid crops (mainly maize) are sold to global food companies with quality assured through our own traceability system. In addition, in order to reduce the amount of fertilizer used and to generate high quality carbon credits, we are also implementing regenerative agriculture with small farmers on 1,000 acres of scattered farmland, the largest in Africa.(largest in Africa) ・In the future, we will accelerate not only the farmer finance business, but also improve the profitability of the farmer finance business by reducing the amount of fertilizer through regenerative agriculture (reduction of fertilizer = reduction of production costs), and create high-quality carbon credits through sequestration of carbon dioxide through the soil. ・Together with large companies that deal with supply chains and farmers, we have deployed operations and systems to manage small farmers and improve traceability.
