Realize the COO/CTO’s vision with full－range of support and lead COO/CTO office team as the first member.
As a proficient generalist
－ Be a role model of the vision of the company, and of COO/CTO.
－ Support COO/CTO’s work strongly, especially of which the ownership hasn’t been defined clearly. So, the tasks which this person or the team will handle require wide range of knowledge and skills. Sometimes this person or the team should learn a new thing very quickly to handle a work.
－ The work should be ordered sophisticatedly and well－documented because most of the work which this person or the team handle should be transferred to the dedicated team of them after forming it.
As a Leader of a team
－ Lead and manage the team by organizing projects and tasks, mentoring members in the team.
－ Define the goals and KPIs of the team to move things forward promptly.
－ Empathise with Missions, Visions, and Values of KabuK Style
－ Supportive and dedicated mindset
－ Experience in software and product development
－ Proficiency in general management including project management, process management, financial management and people and team management with modern IT tools.
－ Experience in utilizing data: querying business data with a solid understanding of product data model, visualizing results
－ Business level English language skills （both verbal and written）
－ Experience: 10 － 20 years
■REMOTE WORK SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS
－ Experienced in full－remote work environment with a high－speed and stable internet connection （> 10Mbps）.
－ Communicate with relevant people proactively to achieve your mission, solve problems using appropriate communication tools like slack, notion and zoom.
－ Be accountable for your work hours. The company will not micro－manage, however you will work in a team where transparency is very significant for a trust worthy reputation.
－ Experience in working on solving organization－wide technical issues.
－ Enthusiasm in a start－up culture
－ Experience with Travel industry
