Through a wide variety of programs and initiatives, we invest in each employee, seeking to ensure that our people are not only respected as individuals, but also truly valued for their unique perspectives. ■職務目的（Job Purpose） ・当社ブランドのメディアへの露出を増やすため、メディアとの関係を構築し、ニュース配信を含む様々な外部コミュニケーション活動を実行する。 ・Work on media relationship to pitch our news and increase media exposure, and executes on various External Communication activities ■職責（Job Responsibilities） ・エクスターナル・コミュニケーション・チームのコアメンバーとして、メディアとの関係を構築し、当社関連のニュース配信を含む、様々な外部コミュニケーション活動を通して、当社のメディアへの露出を増やす。 ・Act as a core member of the External Communications Team, and act as a media relationship expert/ professional, to pitch our news and increase our media exposure. ・当社日本法人の広報部門のメンバーと緊密に連携し、エクスターナル・コミュニケーション・チームの一員として、また広報部門担当執行役員をサポートしながら、当社の企業評価を高め、ビジネスの成長をサポートし、世論/業界に影響を与える計画を策定・実行する。 ・Working closely with our Japan Corporate Communication team members, as a core member, support the External Communications Team and the Head of Corporate Communications to plan and execute actions that positively enhance our corporate reputation, support business growth, and influence the public/industry opinion. ・複数のステークホルダーと連携し、会社の優先事項を戦略的に伝えるエクスターナル・コミュニケーション・プランを策定・実行する。 ・Partner with multiple stakeholders to develop and deploy external communication plans that strategically communicate the company’s priorities. ・主な担当業務は下記通り： ・国内外のトップ・ティアメディアなどのジャーナリストと、強い関係を構築・維持する。 ・定期的に高品質なメディア・プレースメントを確保する。 ・他のエクスターナル・コミュニケーション・チームメンバーと緊密に連携し、ニュースリリースやインタビューなどのメディアリレーションを実施、危機管理広報、代理店コミュニケーションをサポートする。 ・プレスリリース作成のため、複雑なトピックをシンプルで簡潔、かつ理解しやすい資料に落とし込む。 ・マーケティング部門と密接に連携し、コーポレートホームページ、およびソーシャルメディアのエンゲージメントに携わる。 ・新しく革新的なエクスターナル・コミュニケーションのアイデアを策定し、実行する。 ・The area of responsibilities include: External Communications: -Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists at top-tier national and international publications and broadcast outlets. -Routinely secure high-quality media placements. -Work closely with other external comms team members on media relations, including news releases and interviews, contribute significantly to issues and crisis management communications, support agency communications. -Distill complex topics into simple, concise, and descriptive materials that are engaging and easily understood for Press Release creation. -Work closely with the Marketing team to oversee corporate websites, as well as social media engagement -Identify, communicate, and implement new and innovative external communications ideas. ・その他指示された業務。 ・Other duties as assigned. ■主要な関係先（Key Relationships） 内部関係先（当社組織内） ・日本法人広報部門 担当執行役員 ・エクスターナル・コミュニケーション・チーム ・インターナル・コミュニケーション・チーム ・エグゼクティブ・リーダーシップ・チーム ・日本法人における各部門・部署メンバー ・エンプロイーリソースグループ（ERG）のリードおよびメンバー ・グローバル・コミュニケーション・チーム Internal Interactions (Within the Organization): ・Japan Head of Corporate Communications ・External Communications Team ・Internal Communications Team ・Executive Leadership Team members ・Members of all divisions / departments across our Japan group ・Employee Resource Group (ERG) leads and members ・Global Communications Team members 外部関係先 (当社組織外) ・トップ・ティアメディアなどのジャーナリスト ・エクスターナルベンダー（印刷・プロダクションなど） External Interactions (Outside the Organization): ・Journalists at top-tier national and international publications and broadcast outlets ・External vendors (e.g., printing and production companies) |

【必須（MUST）】 ■必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and Experiences）最終学歴： ・コミュニケーション、ジャーナリズム、広報、または関連分野の学士号または同等の学位 Educational Qualification: ・Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism or Public Relations, or related disciplines スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許： ・モチベーションが高く、エネルギッシュで、自分の得意分野にとらわれず、チャレンジングで多様な環境に適応する能力を持つ方。 ・様々な国籍やバックグラウンドを持つ同僚と共に働く能力、複雑なビジネスにおける複数の部門にわたる社内ネットワークの構築、複数のプロジェクトにおいて様々な規模のチームで働くことができる積極性のある方。 ・英語力があり、コミュニケーション能力に優れていること。国際的な経験があれば尚可。 ・あらゆるコミュニケーションチャネル・手法を通し、外部のステークホルダーやメディアに対する会社を代表した意見発信ができる方。 ・プレスリリースの作成・編集経験があり、効果的な最高水準のコミュニケーションを維持することが可能な方。 ・プレッシャーに強く、変化の激しい職場環境で同時進行する複数のタスクを並行して対応できる方。 ・交渉などを含めて、複数の利害関係者間の調整を問題なく行うことができる方。 ・Microsoft WordとPowerPointを用いて資料が問題なく作成できる方。 ・保険業界に関する知識があれば尚可。 Specific Qualifications: ・A highly motivated and energetic individual with the ability to adapt to challenging and diverse environments outside of his/her comfort zone. ・Other essential qualities include the ability to work alongside coworkers of various nationalities and backgrounds; cultivate an internal network across multiple functions in a complex business; and be a self-starter who is also able to work in teams of varying sizes on multiple projects. ・Excellent communicator with a solid command of English required. International experience is a plus. ・Advocate on behalf of the company with external stakeholders and the media across all communications channels and vehicles. ・Experience as a writer and editor of press releases, committed to upholding the highest standards of effective communications. ・Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure, rapidly changing work environment. ・Strong collaborator with solid negotiation and solid background in multiple stakeholder management. ・Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. ・Knowledge of the insurance industry a plus 業務経験： ・コーポレート・コミュニケーションおよびメディア/広報の経験が3～5年以上あること。 ・メディアリレーションに関する深い実務知識を有すること。 Total Experience: ・A minimum of three to five years’ experience in corporate communications and media/public relations. ・Strong working knowledge of media relations required. |
