Lead and manage the entire testing from end to end. Manage all phases. Including ST, SIT, UAT support, Regression, Automation, Performance. （1.） To lead, guide, manage, engage and develop the team. （2.） To manage customer expectations on deliverables. （3.） To participate in organisation initiatives like CMMI compliance , DQI. （4.） To project manage the testing project like estimating, resource management and scheduling with reference to testing work assignation etc. |
