Senior Product Development Manager responsible for overseeing full product planning ＆ life cycle management in Pharmaceutical Services. Working in collaboration with commercial sales ＆ marketing teams to meet revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will also oversee full product planning and product life cycle management for pharmaceutical services products. <What You Can Do> Define full product strategy, planning, and execution plans. Including following full product launch and life cycle management. Formulate new strategic product ＆ business plans, pricing, budgets, and other key commercial acitivities. Leverage new opportunities, risks, and understanding of market trends. Collaborate with domestic, regional and global commercial teams as well as working with local manufacturing plants in assisting in production and operations. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 <Key Skills ＆ Experiences>Career background in life sciences, biology, or bio－medical fields. Experience in product planning, new product launch, product life cycle management and strategy. Proven leadership experience in collaborating with multiple teams across the business with a strategic and business focused mindset. Excellent communication skill in both Japanese and English with engaging with customers and key players in the industry both globally and domestically. |
