Product Manager responsible for creating product strategy, short to long term sales plans, and stakeholder management for skincare products. Product portfolio would consist of skincare products and having a background in marketing within healthcare, skincare, or cosmetics preferred. <Responsibilities> ＊ Development and implementation of product strategies. ＊ Creation of short to long term sales plans, new product launches, and pricing strategy. ＊ Market and data analysis such as sizing, market trends, and market dynamics. ＊ Collaborate with manufacturers and other stakeholders in the industry. |

【必須（MUST）】 <Background ＆ Skills>＊ Marketing experience in healthcare, skincare, or cosmetics industry. ＊ Prior experience working with private physicians and clinical industry knowledge preferred. ＊ Excellent communication skill in both English ＆ Japanese. ＊ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. |
