＜コンサルタントの声＞ － 様ざまなBtoBハードウェアを手掛ける企業で、幅広い産業にクライアントを保有しています！ － 過去数年で売上は急成長、特に半導体業界で強いニーズを確立しています。安定性と成長力を備えた企業で、じっくりと事業に貢献頂けます！ － 4～7名程のスタッフをマネジメント頂き、日本の代表取締役および米国本部が直接のレポートラインとなります。 － 内部ローテーションに伴う募集の為、前任者の方も社内に在籍しています。業務開始の際や、引継ぎ等の面でも安心感を持って臨めます！ ＜仕事内容詳細＞ － Managing 4 － 7 staff accounting ＆ finance team to cover all finance responsibilties for the entity － Participate in senior leadership team （total of four directors） to determine direction of business and enhance profitability － Participate in 3－year strategic projects to improve operational efficiently － Contribute to achieve sales, expense, and profit goals by analyzing annual, quarterly, and monthly financial performance and reporting results senior management － Maintain strong control over cash, capital, asset and A/R － Formulate, manage, report annual budget for the company and departments. － Formulate and submit annual, quarterly, and monthly financial results to MD and overseas office － Supervise financial closing, audits, and tax filing operations. － Prepare performance management in Finance Divisions － Follow－up other adhoc items requested by MD. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － BA or BS degree from a leading Japanese university, desirable to hold CPA degree.－ 15＋ years of working experience in Finance and 3 years with a multinational company （B to B company preferred）; successful record of managing financial groups. － Experiences in financial planning and analysis to support business leaders with P＆L responsibilities for developing annual budgets. － Experiences manage own team but also need to work with external business partners, i.e., tax, legal and accounting firms. 【歓迎（WANT）】 － SAP experience preferred |
