部門紹介 / ABOUT Transaction Real Estate （TRE） トランザクション・リアルエステートチームは、不動産・貸付債権マーケットと金融・会計分野のクロスボーダーに位置する専門家チームです。国内外の不動産や貸付債権の分析や評価、アドバイザリー業務を中心に、様々なサービスを提供しています。 The Transaction Real Estate （TRE） team specializes in real estate and loan markets as well as financial and accounting cross－border projects. The team provides a variety of services, mainly on analysis, appraisal and advisory in local and foreign real estate and loans. |

【必須（MUST）】 ■動産評価 / For Capital Equipment Valuation Role><業務内容 / RESPONSIBILITIES> ・機械設備・プラント・インフラ資産等の有形固定資産の評価（企業結合会計・減損等の財務報告目 的の評価） ・ Perform valuation of tangible assets such as machinery, equipment, plants, infrastructure （for financial reporting purpose） <募集ポジション / POSITIONS> ■コンサルタント / Consultant 下記のうち少なくとも一つに該当し、機械設備やインフラ資産の評価に興味があり、その他の分野につ いても幅広く意欲・関心がある方を想定しています。 ・事業会社（製造会社）で設備課または製造・技術課等に在籍し製造に関わるエンジニア ・リース会社の資産運用部やアセットマネジメント部等に在籍し動産トランザクション経験者 ・機械工学等の理系の学士以上を持ち、メーカーや商社等の事業会社経験者（コンサルタント候補） It is intended for those who fall under at least one of the following, are interested in the evaluation of machinery and equipment and infrastructure assets, and have a wide range of motivation and interest in other fields. ・ Engineers who have experience in manufacturing or procurement of capital equipment at manufacturing company are highly welcomed ・ Capital equipment transaction experience in leasing company is highly welcomed ・ Bachelor’s degree or higher in science （e.g. mechanical engineering） and experience in manufacturing company or trading company is highly welcomed （as a candidate of consultant） <不動産アドバイザリー / For Real Estate Advisory Role> <業務内容 / RESPONSIBILITIES> ・ 不動産に関する戦略（有効活用・再開発・投資・売却等）の立案・実行サポート ・不動産保有会社等に対する経営戦略支援 ・マーケットリサーチ・価値算定 ・Support for planning and executing real estate strategies （effective utilization, redevelopment, investment, sale, etc.） ・ Management strategy support for companies that own real estate ・ Market research and valuation <募集ポジション / POSITIONS> ■コンサルタント / Consultant 下記のうち少なくとも一つに該当し、不動産や株式等の評価についても幅広く意欲・関心がある方を想 定しています（いずれもコンサルタント候補）。 ・不動産関連企業の経営企画部等に在籍し中長期事業計画の立案・実行の経験者 ・不動産関連企業に在籍する M＆A 経験者 ・再開発事業や不動産の有効活用等に関するプロジェクト経験者 ・不動産ファンドや J－REIT 等における不動産投資・不動産アセットマネジメント業務の経験者 It is intended for those who fall under at least one of the following, have a wide range of motivation and interest in other fields （e.g. the real estate valuation, the equity valuation） （as a candidate of consultant）. ・Experience regarding planning and execution of a business plan in the corporate planning department of real estate－related company is highly welcomed ・Experience regarding M＆A in real estate－related company is highly welcomed ・Experience regarding land development projects or real estate value improvement projects is highly welcomed ・ Experience regarding a real estate investment or an asset management in the private RE fund or J－REIT is highly welcomed ■不動産鑑定士ポジション/For Real estate appraiser certification holder <募集ポジション / POSITIONS> ■シニア・コンサルタント / Senior Consultant ■ コンサルタント / Consultant ＜業務内容 / RESPONSIBILITIES＞ ・不動産／貸付債権の分析・評価業務 及びアドバイザリー業務 ・不動産／貸付債権のデューディリジェンス・評価 ・ 会計・税務目的の不動産／貸付債権の時価評価 ・不動産購入／売却時のフィナンシャル・アドバイザリー業務 ・会計監査におけるフェアバリューテストのサポート ・ 市場調査やフィジビリティ・スタディ ・その他不動産の調査・評価・鑑定 ・Analysis, appraisal and advisory work in real estate and loans ・Due diligence and appraisal work in in real estate and loans ・ Market value of real estate and loans for accounting and tax purposes ・Financial advisory during purchase and sales of real estate ・Support in fair value test during accounting audit ・Market research and feasibility study ・Research, appraisal, provide expert opinion of other real estates <必要知識・経験> ・不動産鑑定士資格保有者 ・不動産評価実務経験 ・不動産アドバイザリー実務経験 ・不動産関連M＆A・リストラクチャリング業務経験 ・ 日本語力必須（ビジネスレベル） ・ チームで仕事をする上での協調性 ・社外でのコミュニケーション能力 ・ 業務レベルのExcel、Word スキル ・Real estate appraiser certification holder ・ Hands－on experience in real estate appraisal ・Hands－on experience in real estate advisory ・Experienced in real estate related M＆A and restructuring ・ Japanese language is a must （Business level） ・Team player ・Communication skills with external parties ・Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Power Point 名古屋、大阪、福岡での常駐支援が可能なこと |
