As an aligned Human Resources Business Partner, this position will identify and develop solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis; consult with all levels of management on employee relations, performance management, staffing, compensation, development, organizational and change management issues. In addition to strategic consulting and labor issue, regulation and HR projects, he/she will execute tactical
deliverables to meet business need.
・ Act as sole and end-end HR contact point for business unit
・ Participate as an active strategic and tactical business partner in setting and achieving their strategic goals in terms of organizational design
(including clear Job Descriptions/role profiles), talent acquisition and employee deployment
・Review, assess, develop, implement talent strategy in support their business needs with well-planned workforce and talent pipelines management
・Help build talent leadership pipelines at all levels to support business growth and expansion
・Provide coaching and leadership to better impact organizational efficiency, capabilities and change management
・Provide support to supervisors and managers in performance management by setting performance goal and objectives with action plans.
HR Operations Management
・ Communicate and implement all core HR processes and initiatives, ensure company policies, procedures and practices are understood and applied
・ Proactively lead and drive recruitment /interview, test and select the right people to fill in vacancies based on business plan and needs
・ Complete all hiring and on-boarding processes on new hires, maintain background check and compliance eligibility documentation
Provide Coaching and Counselling services in terms of probation, contract management and any other HR related issues
・ Manage daily employee enquiries regarding company policies, labor law enquiries, benefits, compensation and HR ad-hoc
HR Data Management
・ Collaborate with C&B team maintaining updated market information and business needs to ensure both internal equity and
external competitiveness is obtained.
・ Ensure data integrity for compensation, hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations and disciplinary records
・ Provide analysis and insight for annual budget reporting
・ Participate in global HR projects for process improvement Employee Relations.
・ Partner with business leadership on employee engagement, retention and employee relations issues and conflict resolution Manages
employee relation issues with supervisor/manager to affect prompt and appropriate resolutions.
・ Counsel’s employees to resolve personal or company related problems, which affect their performance.
・ Maintain knowledge of current employment law to endure procedures and practices remain legal and compliance
雇用形態：正社員（試用期間3 か月 / その間の給与・待遇に変わりはありません。）
勤務時間：7 時間30 分（フレックスタイム制。コアタイム11:00 - 15:00）
休憩時間：60 分（12:30 - 13:30)
休日・休暇：完全週休2 日制（土・日・祝日）※2021 年度年間休日121 日
夏季休暇 3 日（6 月～9 月の間に連続して取得）、年末年始休暇（12 月 30 日～1 月 3 日）、
【必須（MUST）】Over 5 years HR experience in watch, beauty, FMCG, Fashion, Retail, luxury industries.

・ Strong knowledge of HR practices, procedures and state/ Japan Labor Law
・ High level of fluency in Japanese/ English both in writing and verbally
