仕事内容 |
• Define Testing strategy and align with customer and other stakeholders • To transform IT Testing Framework (process and tools) then implement this framework within assigned team • Define proper Boundary of testing scope – Functional Regression, performance, black box etc • Communicate with customer and publish metrics, improvement etc • Maintain and enhance effective use of testing support application • Facilitate creation of test cases and test scenarios from technical specifications (SPC) with reference to functional specification (FRD) for SIT phase • Facilitate preparation and creation of test data for testing scenarios • Manage testing as specified in the test documentation usually over several test cycles (including regression testing, etc.) • Validate UI labels, front end error messages/ alerts in Japanese and also Validate back end error messages in Japanese • Identify appropriate automation tool or framework which can easily deployed to improve the process • Manage automated test execution as much as possible, maintain and enhance the automated scripts, drive Test-driven Development (TDD) in the assigned team • Document test activities and report results in a testing support application, generate SIT report and obtain validation from Product Owner • Contribute to the research and analysis of problems, identify the reasons why a defect occurred and ensure a long-term fix is provided • Ensure non-functional tests defined in SDLC are performed in a timely manner • Ensure that testing environments (both SIT and UAT) are ready prior to testing, work with Service Delivery teams to improve availability and monitoring of these environments • Track, record and follow the defects encountered during testing with stakeholders • Review UAT design and execution by Business Analyst and Business Owner • Maintain effective lines of communication with all project members, including contributing to test reports and contributing to team meetings • Maintain and develop knowledge skills in testing (process, tools, KPIs) • Propose and implement improvement actions in testing domain |

【必須(MUST)】 • Testing activities including analysis, design and execution using best in class testing support applications (such as HP/Microfocus ALM), deploy test automation, perform non-regression tests, security tests, performance tests with fit-for-purpose toolset• Working with software engineers and solution providers to clearly understand and map technical requirements to test scenarios and cases, get necessary validation and sign-off • Project management, task and status management 【歓迎(WANT)】 • Testing tools: Microfocus ALM, UFT, Load Runner or similar• Bilingual (JP/EN) with required level depending on the assigned team • Experienced with the Agile methodology is a plus • Test automation experience is a plus |
