HRBPとして以下の職務をお任せします。 As HR Business Partner, Asia Pacific, your work will focus on these responsibilities: ・Partnering with the Marine Systems HR Team to translate business strategy to concrete and impactful people priorities focusing on Region Asia Pacific. ・Supporting assigned leaders to implement business level people priorities and employees processes and communication regarding people topics. ・Proactively engaging in dialogue with other HR colleagues regarding business needs and requirements, facilitating collaboration when needed. ・Supporting change projects with people impact and ways of working to secure effective implementation. ・Actively contributing in the culture and talent development, for example by identifying and removing obstacles for high performance in region. ・Coaching assigned leaders in their leadership and supporting in team development. |
