| 仕事内容 |
①Ensure control & governance: Proactively monitor the local purchasing operation in line with Global/ Zone/ local norms to ensure sustainable audit-readiness. Define and deploy country purchasing policy and procedures. ②Promote compliance: Develop and implement frameworks for continuous training and communication to promote user awareness in compliance. ③Maximize productivity and performance: Ensure accuracy of Purchasing Dashboard, KPI, and other relevant data. Propose innovative solutions by leveraging relevant data to help develop purchasing strategy. ④Monitor and manage tools and systems: Act as local purchasing process owner for all purchasing information systems and leverage them to improve the process and the purchasing knowledge. Conduct continuous monitoring post system implementation and identify improvement opportunities when applicable. ⑤Optimize supplier management: Proactively identify opportunities for innovative supplier management to optimize cost control and governance as well as process efficiency. ⑥For the future:Coordinate and support Japan Purchasing to initiate Solidarity Sourcing and other Sustainable KPIs. ⑦Challenge and identify value creation opportunities by the supplier ideas and internal resources, valorize breakthrough ideas. ⑧Mange risk exposure, anticipate operational risks, and implement action plans to mitigate the risks. ⑨Collaboration at Regional level. Communicate /Manage projects/ share suppliers information. |

【必須（MUST）】 ・Working experience in data analytics・Strong leadership and team collaboration mind set ・Self-drive Mindset on process improvement and change management. ・Great communication and negotiation skills ・Strong data analysis & Presentation skill (Excel, PPT) ・Fluent Business English and Japanese 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・S2P system implementation experience preferred |
