Leads the Application team. Coordinates the day to day activities of the Applications group and acts as liaison to the marketing group. Manages the Global training program. Provides clinical, technical and product support to the global Applications team as well as ongoing clinical applications support to the UL Business Unit sales, marketing, development, engineering, and service teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and lead the Applications team, provide direction, mentoring and training. • Develop and implement a global Applications training program to achieve defined levels of skill appropriate for the business. （i.e. accreditation or similar） • Provide support to UL Business Unit marketing activities in line with the UL marketing plan. • Collect and compile competitive information, side by side and other clinical and market information including images, clips, testimonials, and other marketing requirements. • Provide conference support as required. • Make training presentations to professional societies and other events where advanced training is offered to the attendees. • Develop global system presets. • Consult with physicians and key clinical contacts, provide support to the KOL program with the marketing group and Research team as directed • Coordinate and deliver internal and external customer training programs. • Provide high level Sales support at demonstrations and installations as needed. • Work with engineering during development and evaluation of products from a clinical perspective. Provide in lab and on－site support. • Manage the image Library on cloud folder to achieve current, topical library for all conferences and marketing • Support English translation/checking as directed by the marketing group. • Maintain a high level of clinical and technical Ultrasound knowledge. • Provide concise and timely reports for the aforementioned activities. • Maintains all legal documentation required as a Japanese resident and visitor to other regions including visas and vaccinations. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This Japan based role requires a significant amount of travel and the ability to work both autonomously as well as a part of a team is a necessity. English is the global business language; however Japanese and other languages are seen as advantageous within a global organization. Strong technology background and computer literacy are expected. This position requires a strong customer focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to provide effective training to a broad range of applications personalities and skill levels is an important requirement of this role. The ability to present is considered an advantage. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • 5＋ years clinical experience or working as a Sonographer.• Experience with using a variety of Ultrasound systems. • Clinical experience in numerous different areas i.e. General; MSK; OG/Gyn. 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Previous experience in the Corporate environment.• To have been involved in staff training and education preferably in Ultrasound. • Presentation skills are seen as an advantage （clinical meetings, workshops, or conferences） • Multilingual seen as an advantage • Japanese language seen as an advantage |
