当社はフォーチュン100社に選ばれており、航空、海洋、陸上エネルギー、ロジスティクス、テクノロジーなどのソリューションを世界中のお客様やサプライヤーに提供しています。各地域の専門家からなるグローバルチームが、8,000を超える世界各地の拠点で革新的な製品とサービスを提供しています。 当社は、企業や公益事業者にエネルギーソリューションを提供する世界有数のサプライヤーとして認知されており、今回の役割は、そのグローバルな成長を支える重要なものです。 直属先：ビジネスデベロップメントディレクター、日本 ■職務概要 サステナビリティアドバイザリーのマネージャーは、日本におけるサステナビリティアドバイザリー（SA）事業の商業開発およびプロジェクトマネジメントを主導する役割を担います。また、より広範なアジア太平洋地域（APAC）およびグローバルなSAビジネスの開発および実施をサポートするポジションです。営業チームと連携し、顧客へのアドバイザリーサービスの販売・提案や、サステナビリティアドバイザリーチームや他のグローバルチームとのプロジェクト実行を行います。CDPレポート、科学的根拠に基づく目標、気候関連財務情報開示タスクフォースなどの経験を含む、二酸化炭素削減や関連するサステナビリティコンサルティングに関する専門知識を有することが期待されています。また、主に二酸化炭素排出削減の分野において、顧客のサステナビリティの課題解決を支援する新しい製品やサービスの開発をサポートします。 ■主な職務内容 - 営業チームや顧客と直接連携し、プロジェクトの提案活動を行う。 - 社内外の顧客に対するアドバイザリー案件の管理・遂行。 - 日本およびアジア太平洋地域におけるサステナビリティアドバイザリー戦略の策定支援。 - サステナブル・アドバイザリー事業の戦略立案・実行 ・顧客やビジネスニーズに対応したアドバイザリー分野の新ソリューション開発。 - グローバルチームと密接に連携し、一貫したサービスの提供やグローバルプロジェクトのサポートを行う。 Our company is a Fortune 100 company providing aviation, marine and land energy, logistics, and technology solutions to customers and suppliers around the world. Reporting to the – Business Development Director, Japan ■Role Summary The Manager, Sustainability Advisory is responsible for leading the commercial development and project management of the Sustainability Advisory (SA) business in Japan. The position will also support development and implementation of the broader Asia Pacific (APAC) and global SA business. This Manager will work closely with the sales team to sell and propose Advisory Services to clients, as well as execute projects with the Sustainability Advisory and other Global Teams. The Manager is expected to have incumbent expertise in carbon reduction or related sustainability consulting, this may include experience with CDP reporting, Science Based Targets or the Task Force for Climate Related Financial Disclosure, but. In addition, the role will support the development of new products and services that can help our clients address their sustainability challenges, primarily in the area of Carbon Emissions Reduction. ■Key Responsibilities: ・Directly working with sales team and clients on development of project proposals ・Management and Fulfillment of advisory projects for internal and external customers ・Supporting the business with development of Sustainability Advisory strategy in Japan and across the Asia Pacific (APAC) Region ・Develop new solutions in the Advisory field to meet client and business needs. ・Collaborate closely with internal global team to assure consistent service delivery and support of global projects |

【歓迎（WANT）】 ＜求められるスキル＞- 学士号以上、修士号（関連分野）が望ましい。 - サステナビリティ、炭素削減、エネルギー、および関連分野におけるアドバイザリーまたはコンサルティングの経験3～5年以上。 - 日本語での効果的なコミュニケーション能力（文書、口頭、プレゼンテーション）、英語力必須、中国語またはその他の言語能力あれば尚可。 - チームワークを重視し、自発的に行動できる方。 - 以下の1つ以上の分野に対する強い理解と経験を有すること。 ＜Desired Skills＞ ・Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in related field preferred ・3 – 5 years of experience of advisory or consulting experience in sustainability, carbon reduction, energy and/or related field ・Effective communications skills (written, verbal and presentation) in Japanese with strong English Language ability required, additional Chinese or other language ability preferred. ・Must be a motivated, self-starter who is a strong team player ・Strong understanding and experience with one or more of the following areas of |
