The CFO will support the company in their expansion into new markets, manage the Finance function, give strategic advice and produce relevant financial data for business decision. As a Finance Business Partner, the CFO is also responsible for the relations to existing Japanese and International investors. The CFO will be responsible for : － Fundraising including preparing of pitch decks acquiring additional investment for Japanese or overseas investors － Investor Relations, working closely together with existing investors, preparing KPI reports and being the main contact person for investor related matter － Managing all Finance Functions, including Corporate Finance, FP＆A, Accounting, Taxation, etc. － Working and reviewing business plans, including new market entries and giving strategic advice － Working together with external stakeholders, such as Tax Advisors, Auditors, Banks, etc. － Preparation and execution of future IPO |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Fundraising, either as a CFO or in Venture Capital / Private Equity－ Having a track record of managing and expanding （finance） teams － Good understanding of Accounting, Taxation, Financial Planning and Analysis － able to work in English and Japanese （including working on contracts, negotiation with lawyers, etc.） 【歓迎（WANT）】 － past IPO experiences, either in a start－up or as an Advisor－ able to travel outside of Japan, mostly to South－East Asia － possiblity to relocate to Singapore |
