■Job Purpose ・Work with Marketing Strategic Operations Group Leader to develop Marketing strategies and scale daily operations ・Align and integrate Marketing activities to increase impact on the business ・Work cross-functionally within Marketing to facilitate operations and act as a hub within the Marketing team ・Support Marketing Strategic Operations Manager on any other Marketing operations ■Job Responsibilities ・Understand the business and segment leads to collaborate with the Marketing Group Leaders on annual schedules, strategies, budgeting, and overall planning ・Work with relevant stakeholders to prioritize and optimize Marketing core processes and programs ・Run monthly Marketing meetings and handle regular reporting operations ・Oversee major vendor management ■Key Relationships Internal Interactions ・All Groups within Marketing ・Finance and budget teams ・Business segments ・Compliance, BCP, Legal and other teams External Interactions ・Major vendors (TBWA, Adobe) |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Bachelor degree or equivalent experience・Excellent oral and written communication skills proven in multi-cultural and multi-lingual environments ・Logical and critical thinking skills ・Attention to detail ・Strong project management, problem-solving and organizational skills ・Ability to understand business needs and objectives ・High fluency in Japanese and English, native-level in one and preferably high business level in the other ・Experience managing budgets and schedules ・Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments is critical ・Knowledge/experience in the insurance/financial industry is preferred ・Ability to work collaboratively but also independently with a strong sense of ownership ・At least 5 years of working in a structured organization |
