As a member of the Learning contents ＆ platform development team in Japan, you will be responsible for Japanese localization and quality control of new and existing learning contents, knowledge articles, various certification exams, etc., and providing feedback to the development team for further enhancement. The main focus of the project is the Japanese localization of Learning, Training and Certification platform, which includes: 1） platform, 2） learning and certification content, 3） learner communications, 4） knowledge articles, and 5） certification exams （web content, text ＆ video content）. （web content, text ＆ video content）. You will understand the process and development methods of converting the Learning platform into other languages, provide feedback to the international development team, and support the Japanese adaptation project of Learning. Job Description What you get to do in this role: • Build trusted advisor relationships with content development teams, international project managers, and external partners （translation companies） • Understand the Learning platform's other language conversion process and business priorities and provide feedback to the international development team and project managers • Gather information from content owners, development team, and other cross－functional team members in Japan and abroad to provide feedback on improvement and development plans needed to translate platform content into other languages • Organize learning content to be translated into Japanese, liaise with translation companies, and support a series of tasks such as building, reviewing, releasing, and updating Japanese－language content • Manage project progress and quality control, and support the sharing and distribution of information internally and externally • Perform post－release content revision and editing • Find and report platform and content errors and contribute to service improvements • Analyze Japanese－language content, measure effectiveness, and other reporting • Participate in planning for the next release, sharing results and discussing and providing feedback on improvement plans Most content text translation is outsourced; however, you will be manually translating some simple content, such as email notification, and knowledge articles. 日本のLearning contents ＆ platform development チームの一員として、新規及び既存のラーニングコンテンツ、ナレッジ記事、各種認定試験、などの日本語化と品質管理、開発チームへのフィードバックを実行していただきます。 Training and Certification プラットフォームである Learning の日本語化が主な対象となり、管理項目は、1）プラットフォーム、2）学習・認定資格コンテンツ、3）学習者向けのコミュニケーション、4） ナレッジ記事、（Webコンテンツ、テキスト＆ビデオコンテンツ）です。 Learning プラットフォームの他言語化プロセスと開発方法を理解し、海外の開発チームへのフィードバックを行いながら、Learningの日本語化プロジェクトをサポートいただきます。 職務内容 • コンテンツ開発チームや、海外のプロジェクトマネージャー、社外パートナー（翻訳会社）と信頼できるアドバイザー関係を構築 • Learning プラットフォームの他言語化プロセスやビジネスの優先度を理解し、海外の開発チームやプロジェクトマネージャーへのフィードバックを行う • コンテンツオーナー、開発チーム、その他部門横断的な国内外のチームメンバーなどから情報収集を行いながら、プラットフォーム・コンテンツの他言語かに必要な改善・開発プランについてフィードバックする • 日本語化の対象となる学習コンテンツの整理、翻訳会社との連携、日本語化されたコンテンツの構築、レビュー、リリース、更新作業などの一連の作業をサポートする • プロジェクトの進捗管理、品質管理を行い、社内外への情報共有・配信をサポートする • リリース後のコンテンツの修正、編集を行う • プラットフォームやコンテンツのエラーを発見・報告し、サービスの改善に貢献する • 日本語化されたコンテンツ分析、効果測定などのレポーティング • 次のリリースに向けたプランニングに参加し、結果の共有と改善案を議論・フィードバックする ※多くのコンテンツ翻訳は外注となりますが、メール、ナレッジ記事、など一部コンテンツは実際の翻訳作業を行います |

【歓迎（WANT）】 QualificationsTo be successful in this role you have: • Application development in AngularJS • Web－based application development • Knowledge/experience with projects to convert websites and portals into other languages • Knowledge of and interest in e－learning technologies, including authoring tools （Articulate 360, Captivate, etc.） and design/development tools （SnagIt, Camtasia, ScreenFlow, etc.） Experience or knowledge of using multimedia such as graphics, templates, and icons throughout the instructional design process and eLearning development 推奨されるスキル・経験（実務経験がない場合は知識や関心がある）： • AngularJSでのアプリ開発 • Webベースのアプリケーション開発 • Webサイトやポータルサイトの他言語化プロジェクトの知識・経験 • オーサリングツール（Articulate 360、Captivateなど）、デザイン/開発ツール（SnagIt、Camtasia、ScreenFlowなど）など、eラーニングテクノロジーに関する知識・関心 • インストラクショナルデザインのプロセスやeラーニング開発を通して、グラフィック、テンプレート、アイコンなどのマルチメディアを使用した経験、または知識 |
