| 仕事内容 |
The mission of performance manager is to drive and improve plant performance in the KPI of SQCDME (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation, and Environment). Main focus will be Cost and Delivery to drive productivity and efficiency. Understand product making process in deep and find opportunities for improvement, propose concrete solutions, involve stakeholders and managing/controlling the progress of productivity projects. To drive productivity, setting up right capability and standard system to organizations are expected. Methodology to be used will be Damaway (a.k.a TPM: Total Productive Maintenance) and building capability to use these methodology and tools are required. Main responsibilities： • Report plant KPI • Build right capability of Damaway / TPM methodologies and tools to plant organization • Drive plant productivity / Line efficiency involving other function and key stakeholders • Develop N-1 (people development) • Support plant budgeting process with PLT (plant leadership team) and finance controller • Contribute to plant-wide key activities (e.g. own sub-committee in Safety) - |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Rich experience / skill to manage big data base• Data analysis skill using Excel, Power BI and any other data analysis tool • Wider knowledge about factory / plant (utility, batch process, filler, packing) • Experience to lead TPM (AM, PM, FI, etc) • Working in experience in FMCG. Food / Pharmaceutical industry is even better. • Communication skill / Teaching skill • Japanese / English in business level • Strong management and leadership skill • Curiosity (flexible to implement new method / technology • Ambitious mindset (set stretch ambitious goals and draw road map to achieve there) • Commitment to work • Mind set not to satisfy with status-quo • Presentation skill (doesn’t mean power point technical skill) – how simply summarize issue/opportunity/solution and can use appropriate approach / language (vocabulary) for different type of audience |
