The Logistics Team is responsible for the acquisition, design, construction, operation and management of all facilities in the Our Delivery Station Network. We are looking for a talented professional to join our JP LMAM(Last Mile Account Management) Program Management team who will support the capacity expansion of Japan Last Mile network. As a member of the LMAM Program Team you will be responsible for design, implementation and continuous improvement of standard project management methodologies including processes, tools, governance and documentation. Specifically, there are multiple Initiatives to extend and maximize the capacity of JP Logistics Network, and you involve in them cross sectional. As such design capacity expansion plan together with internal stakeholders. Therefore, collaborate with Senior Program manager require document creation and analysis skill for high-level stakeholders. Key job responsibilities Design capacity expansion plan together with internal stakeholders. Oversight program with Senior Program manager and manage geographic expansion program. Collaborate with Senior Program manager require document creation and analysis skill for high-level stakeholders. Partner with other program managers and multiple stakeholders to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones and drive delivery. Own program communication, accelerating progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., path to green), escalating as appropriate. Influence design and development of strategic processes. 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 - Bachelor’s Degree or related experience- 3+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation or equivalent professional or military experience - Experience in data analysis using Excel etc - Business level of English and Japanese (verbal & written) 【歓迎(WANT)】 - Business planning or project planning and drive experience- 3+ years of Project management experience - Ability to drive successful partnerships with cross-functional leadership to execute strategic initiatives and develop strategic roadmaps - Writing report/documentation logically to get alignment/approval from leadership management team - Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation - Proficiency in Data management systems, CRM and Business Intelligence tools: Tableau, Project Portfolio management tools, Salesforce, SharePoint development, MS SQL, MS Visio, etc. - Experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. - Experience in designing, implementing, and launching of technical, large scale, complex projects - Experience working as Program Manager for fulfillment, warehouse, distribution, delivery stations - Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau or Microsoft Access - Continuous improvement background (i.e. 6-sigma, ISO, Total Quality, etc.) - Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture |
