【必須（MUST）】 － HR Business Partner experience at either regional or global scope－ A good understanding of the many disciplines within HR, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, job evaluation, talent management, employee relations and organisation development － Has strong commercial/business acumen － Has high data literacy and data－driven approach － Ability to work with agility and ownership － Excellent problem－solving with transformative mind－set － Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization － Effective and fluent communication in English － speaking, listening, writing and reading 【歓迎（WANT）】 M＆A experience （Desirable） |
