We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications & Content Executive to implement the strategy that will create, maintain and expand our brand in Japan. You will be responsible for producing branded content and communications collateral, and developing campaigns, to ensure that our company remains top class of mind in the market. The right candidate will be an exceptional communicator that has creativity and knowledge of different tactics to identify and engage the appropriate target audience through media platforms and interesting content. The goal is to build a press network and collateral around the company to establish strong relationships with clientele, the general public and Asia-Pacific media. This role will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand communication and supporting the progress of our inbound and outbound marketing activities to expand brand awareness, drive leads and accelerate sales pipeline growth. |

Key responsibilities •Build, maintain and grow media relationships with major national, regional, business and trade press to ensure we receives regular and wide-reaching press coverage in target media (both print and online sites) •Identify and develop close relationships with key journalists from international and national press outlets to increase the brand awareness and become the "go-to-resource" •Excel in writing press releases, media advisories, speeches as well as securing and facilitating media interviews to promote our key products •Proactive media pitching and reactive media engagements •Media monitoring and reporting •Assist with any logistical support pertaining to local market needs •Work closely with Regional Communications Manager, Global Head of Events, and Global Head of PR & Communications, to execute day-to-day campaign activities, and ensure targets and deliverables are met •Develop a deep understanding of local market trends and how they influence our marketing strategy, leading our sales and marketing teams to provide unique and bespoke localised support across the region •Create contents which include planning of new marketing materials as well as localization (translation) of original English materials published by such as whitepaper and blog posts written by our industry experts. •Understand client needs and assist in providing our Sales teams with the tools they need to build productive engagement |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 •Proven experience as a communications executive or similar role•Good Japanese writing skills with a strong command of English – both written and verbal communication skills. Additional language is a plus. •Ability to build strong relationships with key people, media and organisations •A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions •Self-motivated with initiative and enjoys working within a commercial environment •Experience in either an in-house or agency PR role is a bonus •Eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment as well as being able to learn from mistakes •Strong sense of accountability •Attention to detail •Ability to work well as a team and independently •Experience in Japanese/English translations of business/marketing materials will be a plus |
