Key job responsibilities －Owning the weekly cadence for the generation of labor plans to make sure the organization is well prepared for the future. －Work cross－functionally to ensure that decisions are made and actioned which will allow our operations to run as effectively as possible. －Identify areas of improvement in the execution process and drive improvements. －Challenge the unknown and drive improvement into key areas of our business. －Work across multiple teams building capacity plans for new station launches through the ramp period, support end to end monitoring of volume flow and driving network design and execution teams to ensure that volume and recruiting targets are met, participate in the roll－out of global best practice financial models for labor shift structuring and planning, as well as monitor plan vs actual and adjusting benchmark productivity assumptions for all labor planning under the roof. －Maintain and execute project plan for aligned proposals, work with stakeholders including analytics teams to update and socialize reporting frameworks. －Work within planning team to ensure adherence to world wide standards by regular quality checks and audits. |

【歓迎（WANT）】 BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree with Mathematical background Experience in Logistics, Capacity Planning, Supply Chain management or similar field Proficient with Microsoft Excel to include dynamic pivot tables, lookup Business level of Japanese and English （written ＆ verbal） PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Hands on experience in SQL coding Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Transportation, Operations Research or other Operations disciplines Experience in statistical modelling and optimization Demonstrable problem－solving, mathematics and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment Ability to work in a deadline－driven work environment; ability to re－prioritize on a regular basis in order to remain current with business needs Self－motivated; ability to handle multiple responsibilities under limited supervision Results－oriented , makes things happen, ability to move fast, innovate and simplify Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture |
