Duties and Responsibilities / 職務範囲: ・ Software requirement gathering by discussing with client team. ・ Software requirement elicitation with the support of existing onsite team and offshore team. ・ Understand the software design from onsite and offshore teams and make proactive suggestions to it. Any improvements required, discuss the same with customer and share the feedback with onsite / offshore team. ・ Involve in project planning, monitor the progress regularly (schedule, risks, quality, etc...) ・ Ensuring that the deliverables are reaching customer on time with expected quality. ・ Support in building the project pipeline for future by coordinating with delivery, sales and customer. ・ Reporting to client management and delivery management team on regular basis. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・ Strong experience in software Application development. Using C++/ C#/ Java (object-oriented programming)・ Open minded, flexible and ability to learn the medical domain and new technologies. ・ Japanese language - Native level ・ English language – Ability to communicate to on-site team level ・ Experience: 8+ Years 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・ Experience / knowledge in Windows Application Development.・ Experience / knowledge in Medical domain. ・ English: Business level ・ Experience in managing the offshore team from Japan. ・ Experience in supporting the business growth by working closely with customer.
